How My NDE Helped Me Understand Energy and the Human Experience

Peri offers online classes through Energy + Education, dedicated to state-of-the-art energy-based therapies, classes and training.

At the age of 8, my life was transformed by a near-death experience (NDE). Through my NDE, I developed a clear awareness that fundamentally, we are energy beings and that we are in constant connection with universal energy. I will help demonstrate how energy awareness is essential in understanding our experience as human beings, and how to use energy as a force of healing, transformation, integration, and growth. 

Specific topics include:

• The NDE experience and what it taught me about the nature of energy

• The primary energy touch points in the human experience (birth, death, and points in between)

• The way energy interfaces with the physical/human realm vs. energy realm

• The different vibrational frequencies between white light, the energy channel, and the human body

• The importance of energy ‘sync'

• Impact moments (what they are, why they’re important)

I will review how energy, mind, and body are all in connection, discussing practical implications for people seeking a deeper understanding how to work with energy for benefiting themselves and others. Class discussions will also provide students an opportunity to process and share their own energy experiences in a safe, non-judgmental space.

Peri Zarrella is an energy healer and intuitive counselor with several featured appearances on A&E Network's Psychic Kids. She earned an MA from Columbia University (NYC) in Clinical Psychology and Education, with a specialization in Spirituality Mind Body.
